Thank you for purchasing from Accounting Seekho (accountingseekho.com). Please read this policy before placing an order.
1. Nature of our products
All products sold on this website are digital PDF study notes. No physical product is shipped.
2. Cancellation
Since our products are delivered digitally and instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful and the download link is generated.
3. Refund policy
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered. A refund or replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or does not open, and we are unable to provide a working copy.
- You have not received the download link within 24 hours of a successful payment.
- You have been charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The product delivered is different from the product you purchased.
4. How to request a refund or replacement
Email us at contact@accountingseekho.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, the email used for the purchase, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We will reply within 2 working days.
5. Refund timeline
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
